A deposit (equal to the cost of the first nights stay) is payable at the point of booking on-line. This is not applicable to telephone bookings. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy.
We accept cash, debit or credit card payments. Cheques & American Express are not accepted.
A minimum 14 days notice is required on all cancellations.
Cancellations made in the final 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights stay.
Guests who cancel on the day before/actual day of arrival or fail to show will be subject to a cancellation fee for the full amount of their reservation.
Exceptions to this policy are at the hotel’s discretion.
Please let Richard & Natalie know if you have any special requests for your stay. Champagne on ice, personalised celebration cakes and hand tied fresh flowers can be pre-ordered.
Should you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know prior to your arrival, and we will aim to cater for this.
Specific rates are available to book the entire hotel Mon-Thurs (excluding bank holidays and special event weeks) for business purposes. Please contact Richard or Natalie to discuss your requirements.
